Whether it’s working in one of our stores servicing walk-in customers, or out at job sites assisting crews, our sales positions provide exciting, high-powered careers that thrive on interpersonal exchange and relationship-building.

Our entry-level, inside sales positions are ideal for college graduates who wish to learn our product and service offerings and grow their careers into outside sales and branch management. We also have various field-based corporate sales positions within national accounts, government sales, contractor supplies, and other groups.

Branch Management

Branch Managers ensure that stores are efficient, profitable, and customer-focused. Managers consistently meet the needs of construction companies, industrial and commercial customers, and homeowners. As leaders, they are responsible for making decisions about staffing, fleet mix, budgets, equipment rental, and sales.

Managing a store is like running a business; Branch Managers build the foundation for even greater responsibility at the district and regional level. We take pride in watching new employees in entry-level positions at our stores eventually become Branch Managers. In addition to providing guidance and opportunity, we work hard to make advancement happen.


Our drivers deliver and pick up rental equipment in a safe and timely manner. From hand tools to bulldozers, we deliver equipment when and where our customers need it. Our drivers are justifiably proud of their record of safety, courtesy, and superior customer service.

Equipment varies in size and function, and some of our drivers haul larger equipment on tractor trailers, which requires a Commercial Drivers License (or equivalent Canadian license) to operate. Driver/Transportation positions include Truck Drivers (no commercial license required), Truck Driver CDLA (or equivalent Canadian license), and Truck Driver CDLB (or equivalent Canadian license).
