The Colorado Convention Center, together with the City and County of Denver, created "Engines OFF!," a program to reduce idling of commercial vehicles around Denver. The RSC branch in Denver is one of over 20 vendors who have pledged to reduce their idling time in an effort to improve Denver's air quality. Jeff Rusan, branch manager and his team received a Mayoral Letter of Commendation for their committed participation in the program. It’s no wonder that this location is meeting their pledge—according to RSC’s engine idle time metrics, the Denver Metro area ranks more than two percent below the company rating which is 5.7 as of May 2009.
