1. When did your company first decide to rent equipment (with any company) and why?

We have been renting equipment since the start of our company. We chose to rent so we could have the right tools for any job we landed without having to spend a lot on buying all the tools.

2. When did you choose to rent with RSC and why? What type of problem did you want to solve at the time?

We started a job in Evergreen and your salesmen helped us finding a small R/T scissor lift that would fit through an opening that was only 70”.

3. How did renting with RSC help you to solve that specific problem?

Your company had the exact lift (Genie GS2668 R/T) that was small enough to fit through the opening but was rough terrain.

4. How has renting with RSC benefited your company’s bottom line since you first rented with us?

Even though your prices were slightly higher having the right equipment saved us time on the job and helped us finish in a timely manner.

5. Regarding equipment availability (and selection), has RSC been able to provide you with the equipment you need? Any odd requests?

Yes, your company seems to provide a wide range of equipment. Maybe the narrower scissor was an odd request.

6. Regarding equipment reliability and maintenance, what is your opinion on the quality of the equipment you have rented from RSC?

We did not have any service issues and the scissor lift seemed to be a newer model.

7. Regarding locations, how has RSC’s network of multiple locations benefited your company?

We only used the one store.

8. Regarding service, how have RSC customer service and online services helped your company?

9. Being a first-time renter, which trait (attribute) of RSC service do you find most beneficial for your business?

The help we received on the jobsite when the first lift was to large your company helped us figure out exactly what would work for us. Everyone from the driver to the salesmen was very helpful.
