Renting equipment has never been easier! RSC Equipment Rental
offers an extensive set of online solutions that can help you manage your
equipment fleet and your RSC account. RSC Online® features three major
offerings: Reserve
Equipment, Call
Equipment Off-Rent, and
Manage Reports. This recently improved online suite, resulting from the
consolidation of our previous programs -eFacts and Online Rental-, is available
to our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Even when our stores are
closed, you can schedule and manage rental needs via the Internet without ever
picking up the phone!

Reserve Equipment enables qualified customers to order rental equipment online,
anytime of day or night, 365 days a year. You can either browse thousands of
available categories or make a specific search and submit every detail of your
reservation with only few clicks on your mouse. Once you have found just the
right equipment for your job, our proprietary program allows you to schedule it
for delivery where and when you need it.

Manage Reports allows you to proactively manage and track your rental account
information, providing you with instant access to up-to-the minute information
by account project, or equipment. This tool makes your information on billing
history, rentals year-to-date, and rentals by equipment type available to you
under the form of pre-defined reports. RSC Online® also allows you to create
custom reports suited to your unique needs. With the Report Scheduler feature,
you will be able to subscribe to both pre-defined and user-defined reports and
to schedule them for delivery daily, weekly, or monthly. Other features include
a Report Console, which allows you to access and create reports in more
categories, an expanded Report Definition Control, and customizable Data
Charts.

Call Equipment Off-Rent allows you to schedule rental equipment for pick-up or

training that will dramatically reduce incidents. In order to help meet this
