Complete in full the official online entry form at RSC Equipment Rental's (Sponsor's) web site at http://www.rscrental.com/ConExpo2008, or enter by submitting an official entry form at RSC's booth during the 2008 CONEXPO in Las Vegas, Nevada. All entry forms must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, March 15, 2008. Only one entry per person, either online or paper. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible) who are 21 years of age or older as of entry date and have a valid driver's license. Employees and directors of RSC Equipment Rental, Atlas Copco, Ripplewood Holdings LLC, Oak Hill Capital Partners and Ford Motor Company, or their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, fulfillment or publicity agencies, and the immediate families of any such persons are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including without limitation insertion of computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, termination or modification of promotion.

Sponsor not responsible for (1) undelivered, late, lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (3) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; and (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the game to be disrupted or corrupted, including without limitation computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. Mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries are not eligible. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. WINNERS: The winner of the Truck will be selected on or about March 19, 2008, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the deadline date by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Sponsor will make notification to Winner by telephone on or about March 19, 2008. Winner will not have to be present at 2008 CONEXPO to win. Sponsor will arrange with winner for delivery of vehicle to winner at no cost to winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes or redemption for cash permitted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by deadline date. Prize will be awarded.

Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, and return same within seven (7) days of notification. If the documents are not returned within the time period, or documents are returned from the post office as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner chosen in a random drawing among the remaining eligible entrants. By entering this promotion, entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and consents to the use by RSC Equipment Rental of his/her name, State of residence, and/or photograph for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Taxes on prizes, license fees and any miscellaneous expenses incurred not specified within these Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
