TO ENTER: Promotion begins at 9am Pacific Standard Time on March 11, 2008, and ends at 5pm Pacific Standard Time on March 13, 2008. Complete in full the official entry form at RSC's booth during the 2008 CONEXPO in Las Vegas, Nevada. All entry forms for the first drawing must be received by 5pm Pacific Standard Time on March 11, 2008. All entry forms for the second drawing must be received by 5pm Pacific Time on March 13, 2008. Only one entry per person. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified. All entry forms received on time for the first drawing will remain eligible for the second drawing, except the entry of the winner of the first drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible) who are 21 years of age or older as of entry date and have a valid driver's license. Employees and directors of RSC Equipment Rental (Sponsor), Atlas Copco, Ripplewood Holdings LLC, Oak Hill Capital Partners and Ingersoll Rand, or their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, fulfillment or publicity agencies, and the immediate families of any such persons are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including without limitation tampering, unauthorized intervention or failures of any sort and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, termination or modification of promotion.

Sponsor not responsible for (1) undelivered, late, lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries and (2) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted, including without limitation tampering, unauthorized intervention or failures of any sort. Mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries are not eligible. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes: 2008 Model Year Club Car® XRT 1550 Gas Vehicle. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $10,330.00.

WINNERS: The winner of the first Club Car will be selected by Sponsor on or about March 11, 2008, in a random drawing at CONEXPO from among all eligible entries received by the first deadline date. Winner of first Club Car will be notified by phone, by March 15, 2008. Winner will not have to be present at 2008 CONEXPO to win. The winner of the second Club Car will be selected by Sponsor on or about March 13, 2008, in a random drawing at CONEXPO from among all eligible entries received by the second deadline date. Winner of second Club Car will be notified by phone, by March 15, 2008. Winner will not have to be present at 2008 CONEXPO to win. Sponsor's decisions are final. Sponsor will arrange with winner for delivery of vehicle to winner at no cost to winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes or redemption for cash permitted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by deadline dates. All prizes will be awarded.

Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, and return same within seven (7) days of notification. If the documents are not returned within the time period, or documents are returned from the post office as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner chosen in a random drawing among the remaining eligible entrants. Prospective Canadian winner must answer time-limited skill-testing question before prize may be awarded. By entering this promotion, entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and consents to the use by RSC Equipment Rental of his/her name, State of residence, and/or photograph for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Taxes on prizes, license fees and any miscellaneous expenses incurred not specified within these Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All entrants release RSC Equipment Rental, Atlas Copco, Ripplewood Holdings LLC, Oak Hill Capital Partners and Ingersoll Rand, and their employees, directors, officers and agents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies from any and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this promotion. Entrants agree to hold harmless RSC Equipment Rental, Atlas Copco, Ripplewood Holdings LLC, Oak Hill Capital Partners and Ingersoll Rand, and their employees, directors, officers and agents, subsidiary and affiliated companies from responsibility for damages, losses or injuries, including death or property damage, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
