One word sums up how we stay on top of the competition: Authority. It is a common practice in many companies to give employees plenty of responsibility and this is true at RSC as well. If a person wants to move geographically and grow in the disciplines of management, service, and sales, then this is the industry for that person and RSC is a great choice for the right person. I would recommend to my closest friend or family member that if they wanted to be in the rental industry then RSC is the best place to be.
