What requirements do I need?
We're looking for candidates that not only have achieved a 4 yr college degree; we're
looking for those who have demonstrated leadership through activities in campus
organizations, sports or volunteer work. Having the experience of a summer job or internship
is always an added plus. RSC Equipment Rental has new opportunities every day and we're
always looking for those candidates that are open to relocation.
How long is the Management Trainee Program?
At RSC, our management-training program offers a complete package of hands-on self study and
formal training that covers every aspect of the business including sales, finance, operations
and leadership. This program spans over 9-12 months and utilizes a combination of
on-the-job-training and formal training. You will find yourself learning about life throughout
the organization and really building your skills base. At the end of the 9-12 month program,
you'll be ready to step into a management or sales position.
